Charm Acres was originally conceived as a traditional Cape Cod-style cookie cutter home. However, we reimagined the project, incorporating a modern approach to a timeless style. The addition of natural siding materials and colors imbued the property with depth and character.
The interior prioritized warmth and contemporary elements. The staircase, a central feature, required depth, texture, and whimsy.
Paneling the walls provided texture, while an intricate staircase railing in a natural color complemented the dark gray paneling and the three oversized chandeliers added a touch of whimsy. These principles were applied throughout the interior, enhancing every aspect of the brand-new home.
