Rose was a project that involved renovating an existing home built in the late 1970s with several additions over the years. The task was to transform this seemingly ordinary late 1970s home into a visually appealing and functional space. At least two additions were incorporated into the first floor, and the project involved rethinking the layout and design to ensure that these additions seamlessly integrated into the original house’s style and overall feel. The staircase was retained, while rooms were rearranged to maximize natural light and create a spacious and inviting layout. The second floor, which previously consisted of two bedrooms and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, underwent a complete redesign to create a master suite with an on-suite bathroom.

Throughout the interior design process, the goal was to achieve a cohesive and harmonious exterior that mirrored the interior. Despite not adding any square footage, the project transformed the home’s perception, making it feel larger and airier.

To enhance the overall ambiance, extensive landscaping was incorporated throughout the property, creating an oasis for the new homeowner.
